ZawajBosnia.com is an advertising platform providing targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replaces the traditional newspaper classified. The platform is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used is connection with any commercial endeavors.
The platform is a serious matchmaking platform to seek a life partner and is not a casual dating site.
Access to ZawajBosnia.com is free. However, we offer membership wherein one can promote his profile.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement
In order to use the services, you must register as a “member. “Member” means a person who voluntarily submits information to the platform. To register as a “member”, one is required to make a payment of $10, which allows you to view 5 suitable matches, incase the “member” requires/requests to restart the matchmaking process, the “member” will register again.
Incase of personal interview, the “member” is required to make a payment of $30 as a fee for a 1-hour personal interview with the selected match via zoom program (accompanied with one of our representatives).
By using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”). If you wish to become a member and promote or advertise your profile to other Members and make use of the “service”, read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process. By using the Service, you consent to submit your personal identifiable information, to collect, process, display and use the said information to provide the Service.
To withdraw this consent, you must discontinue using our service and delete your membership.
2. Eligibility
I. To register as a member of ZawajBosnia.com services, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the law (currently, 18 years or over.)
II. The platform is only to facilitate personal advertisement for lawful marriage alliance between persons (Women of Bosnia & Men from GCC countries exclusively) who are legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which they are subject. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.
III. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority and legal capacity to enter into agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injection from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony.
IV. You further confirm that you, intent to seek a life partner and that you shall not use this platform for casual dating. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. If at any time ZawajBosnia.com platform is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, the platform reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized fee.
3. Information Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your profile. You agree to immediately notify us of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your profile or any breach of security.
4. Terms of Termination
I. This agreement will be effective, valid and subsisting as long as you use our services.
II. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by writing to ZawajBosnia.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.
III. ZawajBosnia.com may terminate your membership for any reason including but not limited to breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purpose, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address as provided by you in your application form for the membership or such other email address as you may later provide. If the platform terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any fees, if any, paid by you.
IV. Certain provisions of this Agreement including sections 4 to 11, of this Agreement shall remain effective even on termination.
5. Non – Commercial Use by Members
ZawajBosnia.com is for the personal use of individual members to advertise & promote their profile their profiles for the purpose of generating accepts from relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to ZawajBosnia.com, whether deemed competitive to the platform or otherwise. Organizations, companies and / or businesses cannot become Members of ZawajBosnia.com and should not use the platform or it’s services for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the platform, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the platform will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
6. Other Terms of Use for Members
I. ZawajBosnia.com reveres the right in its sole discretion to review the activity and status of each account and block access to the member based on such review.
II. ZawajBosnia.com reveres the right in its sole discretion to restrict/suspend your free access to its platform based on review of the member’s activity, status or any such criteria ZawajBosnia.com may deems fit and proper with due intimation to you.
III. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, WhatsApp messages and calls from ZawajBosnia.com, as long as you are a registered member of ZawajBosnia.com. This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions.
IV. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our platform, the platform reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of fees.
V. You confirm that the content, information including the personal information provide by you is correct and accurate.
VI. Except for the purpose of serious matchmaking your profile, cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service.
VII. You will not transmit any chain letter or junk email to other members of ZawajBosnia.com. Although ZawajBosnia.com cannot monitor the conduct of its members off the platform, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.
VIII. ZawajBosnia.com reserves the right to take appropriate steps to protect its members from any abuse/misuse as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
IX. ZawajBosnia.com Members who register, hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
7. Your interaction with other Members & Member Disputes
You are solely responsible for your communications with other ZawajBosnia.com Members. ZawajBosnia.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members. ZawajBosnia.com also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, ZawajBosnia.com is not obligated to share such action with other members, including complaints. ZawajBosnia.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.
8. Disclaimers
I. ZawajBosnia.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the profile, whether caused by user, members or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the service, nor for the conduct of any user and/or member of ZawajBosnia.com services whether online or offline.
II. ZawajBosnia.com assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user and/or member communications or any communication by ZawajBosnia.com to its Members.
III. ZawajBosnia.com is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting and/or in connection with ZawajBosnia.com services.
IV. Under no circumstances will ZawajBosnia.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of the platform or the service and /or content transmitted by ZawajBosnia.com to its members. You should not provide your financial information, or wire or otherwise send money, to other members.
V. The exchange of matchmaking profile(s) through or by “ZawajBosnia.com” is not a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by ZawajBosnia.com, shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, any relations (including but not limited to matrimonial relations established pursuant to the use of ZawajBosnia.com service.
VI. The service provided expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. ZawajBosnia.com cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of ZawajBosnia.com service. You understand that ZawajBosnia.com makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding compatibility with individuals you meet through the service.
VII. ZawajBosnia.com expressly disclaims any liability or responsibility whatsoever & howsoever arising as a result of any content/listing made available to ZawajBosnia.com by any members or the users of any third party.
VIII. ZawajBosnia.com does not assume any responsibility or liability for any illegal content posted by any members, users or any third party.
IX. All liability, whether civil or criminal arising out of ant content on the platform will be of that Member/user/third party who has posted such content and ZawajBosnia.com reserves the right to claim damages from such Members/users/ third party that it may suffer as a result of such content. ZawajBosnia.com does not claim ownership of content you submit or make available for inclusion on the service.
9. Limitation on Liability
In no event will ZawajBosnia.com be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the platform or the service, even if ZawajBosnia.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ZawajBosnia.com’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to ZawajBosnia.com, for service during the term of membership.
10. ndemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold ZawajBosnia.com and its employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these terms of use / breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.
11. Other
I. By becoming a Member of ZawajBosnia.com service, you agree to receive certain email from ZawajBosnia.com.
II. This Agreement, accepted upon use of ZawajBosnia.com and further affirmed by becoming a member of ZawajBosnia.com and its services.
